Shame the MCG didn't show up tonight. Solid ground on it's night but just lacked any urgency.

Lions beat the MCG by a few goals.
This will go a long way in giving them the belief that the MCG holds no fear for them.

And rightly so, a premiership contender should be able to win anywhere. This gives them a good platform to build into this season. Top 4 for me.

I mean he was a top two pick for a reason.

He was a good player at the Pies but he was more outside than inside like Selwood so he didn't cop as many head knocks.

Malthouse loved him and he brought him with him to Carlton where they both stank up the joint, a couple of true Collingwood heroes.

Of course he does. He spent the entire summer on a bender.
It would be an indictment on the rest of the league if he didn't tbh.

If a bloke can spend 6 months on the gear, sinking piss, smoking darts, and doing everything you're NOT supposed to do as an elite athlete, it makes everyone else look pretty poor if he just walks in and dominates.

Had a very good first month, but it looks like it might be catching up to him.

They are true heroes.

Hope Melbourne don’t walk away from that thinking they weren’t far off in the end. That margin well and truly flattered them. Smashed all night.
Yeah but but margin minimization
