very sloppy tackling effort by Serong. Literally nothing to gain from the tackle, all to lose. Dumb as from a leader.

Not only does the hype not faze him, he’s an absolute team lifter in terms of enthusiasm. Can’t say I’ve seen an Eagles goal so celebrated in a number of years.

The Eagles have a long way to go but Reid has pulled this rebuild forward at least a year, maybe 2. Senior guys all of a sudden see a point in playing and trying to finish their careers well.
