It will be a battle of the “I hear footsteps Cup” with Dylan Stephens and Josh Rachelle hot favorites from their respective sides.

Kangas Selections. What I would like to see.
In: Wardlaw, Hardeman, Bergman
Out: Sellers, Stephens, Simpkin or LMac (pick 1 and make a statement that your onfield leadership is not up to scratch). Go and sit under a pyramid for a while and watch a burning candle for some inspiration.
Sub: Lazz (does OK when injected into the game)

  1. Scott from HB to wing
  2. Sheezel to Mid and sniff around forward line, in addition to continuing his silver service into the forward line.
  3. Give the youth a chance at Half Back, as our current picks are hopelessly out of form, or not in the right position.
  4. Larkey - if there is any flopping this week, you will be enrolled in NIDA to improve your acting that is not working on the umpires anymore.
  5. Corr - if you even think of berating a team mate during the game, then you be asked to watch 10 hours of your clangers 5x next week at training.
  6. Xerri - the Mission Impossible team have implanted a timing device into the Sherrin. If you grab and hold it for more than 3 secs in a ruck contest it will explode in your face.
  7. McKercher - expecting you have something up for your sleeve for the 400 family/friends tickets your requested for your 1st match in Tassie. Do them all proud with a break out game.
  8. Duursma - time to shine and show the fans why you went top 5.

All the very best for both teams on the weekend. Hopefully the umpires have a better match and don’t influence a last sec result like last week.

Here we go again....

Wouldn't it be funny if we actually win this. 😂 that won't be happening 😠

Great post, constructive yet humorous.

PS, McKercher needs 400 family to attend, but only recieved 5 family tickets. More than enough apparently.

Yes please! Nicks in his presser today was condescending towards his own supporter base and is also getting very defensive over any questions about his selections and changes in game plan since 2023. The majority of our supporter base have had enough, more than enough time has been given to a coach with a winning record of 33% in 4.5 seasons. No senior coach has ever survived with a coaching record that bad.

Absolutely honest and genuine, I hope you guys sort this out and get back to finals quality football soon, the state is far better off when both teams are there or thereabouts.

We aren't getting anywhere near finals quality football with our current off field setup. This is reminding a lot of us how the club was running at the end of 2019 with Pyke, very toxic and now attacking the supporter base like Roo did back then as well. Development of youth has gone to absolute s**t.

The only excitement Crows fans have this season is to see the likes of Curtin getting an extended run, moving on from senior players that are past it (Smith) and moving on from delist quality players such as Murphy, McHenry, Sholl and Hamill. None of these things will happen with the current coaching panel in charge, so we are stuck until there is change. Imagine turning the highest scoring team of 2023 to the 18th ranked team only one pre season later? We weren't even that bad defensively last year, but the rumour is they spent all pre season on trying to improve it and took for granted that the offensive side would just roll on.

North might be in for a big a sniff with our woeful selection , gonna be closer than most think given our horrible game plan.

You never know.

Remember at the same ground in Rnd7 2017 the Crows were 6-0 161% top (won their last three by 10+ goals) and North were 1-5 (also had lost 15 of last 18, and their last two trips there) and then North had a 64-0 lead at quarter time.

Good times
