Goals aside, he's been really disappointing with some of the efforts today.

At least three times in front of me instead of going for the mark or contest he looked to where his opponent was before he went

At some point the mids should have stopped holding Rowell

Well fought. Umpiring deplorable when the game was on the line, and we hit back in the fourth instead of letting it blow out to 60+. Midfield wrecked once we ran out of legs, Witts huge. Flynn's return will be interesting.

If these are our bad days this year, we're six to eight (sometimes 20?) goals better than nearly every game last year.

Given the Ruck dominance of Gold Coast combined with there inside bulls and home ground advantage it was always going to be a game that West Coast would struggle in. I don't think it was so bad. Midfield struggled leaving too much to Yeo, they will learn from that.
