For what its worth, I reckon Riddell win the seniors.

Who knows what weather will do but most likely wet and I reckon 2 weeks off the heavy grounds give Riddell a huge advantage.

Interesting to see if Walsh plays for Riddell.

Risky to bring him in but if he is fit and can stay on the park, then thats huge for them.

Selection for diggers will be interesting.

Egan & the 2 Mcmahons were very good in the 2s although Egan did seem to be limping with a knee injury late in the game.

If his fit, I expect him to come in for Webber.

Tipping Riddell by 17.

Grabham BOG.

The 2s.

Got the best 2 sides for the last few years.

Should be a cracking game.

Wallan by 15.

Traynor BOG.

19s.

Riddell have had the edge over Wallan this year but I’m hoping Wallan with a couple of inclusions gets them over the line.

Wallan 5 points.

C. Birch BOG.

Just heard Hines out for Diggers with an acl?
Krull also injured but will play with a bicep tear?
Not 100% confident of the source though

Hine did go off injured last week mid way through the 3rd I think.

Krul I’m pretty sure played the game out and went ok unless he done it late in the game.

2 big outs if true.

Another season done & dusted.

Thankfully we got a full season in.

Congratulations to all the premiership sides.

Great to have the granny back at Romsey.

Atmosphere was better then at Sunbury and not sure of numbers, but crowd seemed to be big.

Thought the league ran the day well.

The electronic scoreboard was a good addition, could be worth thinking about putting one on the club room side next year to make it easier for the people on the other side to see.

The stage was a better setup then the old back of a truck from previous years.

Well done to all clubs and the league who made it a successful day.

I found it a bit strange Tom was quoted as saying he wanted to focus on his own football, surely he's at a stage in his career that it's not about him anymore?

Might have got a good offer from somewhere maybe.

Correct

I’ll be suprised if there is any club left next year

Lot of unhappy players related to the attempted move to the Wrfl

Wanting to try keep the club in the rdfl due to netball may have sunk the entire club
Strange move when you think WRFL now has netball.

Could have been a good point of difference for the Rams - only team in the Melton area who is playing in WRFL.

Also they would be very competitive in Division 3.

Hope they pull through.
