It will be an interesting watch. I thought, no matter where they played him, he looked like he belonged. For a newbie, he did not disappoint.

Disagree, thought he struggled at senior level

That’s not to say he wouldn’t have come good had he more time and opportunity, but really didn’t do anything in that small sample of games to suggest he had a future

Can’t get the hype over Rankin either

Didn’t see anything to suggest that he had a future at AFL level

BTW these are not personal criticisms of those lads, they did an amazing job to get drafted in the first place. Not every player can make it though

Unless his injuries swayed their thoughts as to his durability or otherwise. Who knows. Saying he didn't impress the coaches is dumb. Shows no knowledge of the situation. Only the club knows the situation.
I wouldn't be allowed to call you dumb , so #### ### if the coaches thought he was good enough he would've played

I agree with this. Just didn't seem up to the standard at senior level. Had three years on the list and as a Cat B rookie he had not shown enough to warrant a promotion to the senior list.

Maybe he was good enough but we had better coming in. Maybe his injuries precluded him. To say the coaches thought he was not good enough was reaching for conclusions. You may have inside knowledge that you famously talk about. Maybe it is your own conclusions. Either way you cannot confirm it. Why not then just leave it alone.

Take your own advice then , by the way have you ever coached

This.

Both of you. Quarrelling like an old married couple.

If you can't be on topic and be civil with each other then your comments will be deleted.

No, definitely moving to Perth.

KJ and BJ have always seemed great people. Best of luck KJ and partner in the move to weird city WA.

Has anyone heard what Brandon is up to. Have not seen any BJ articles for ages.

Charlotte’s family are in Perth. Might be more support than they get in Sydney. Kieren achieved a Masters in something financial and was working for one of the Big (Evil) 4 accounting firms. Even if he’s not working for them,as an ex AFL player in Perth, he is eminently employable. Don Pyke probably has contacts! Perth is a much easier place to raise kids than Sydney.
