That river that flows out the front of your house is a treat.

Yes.

Until I go again soon.
We used to live right by a channel, had perpetual access to yabbies. Though, we had a mix of nets to really take advantage. We caught a few fish and turtles in the Opera nets (before they became illegal). Great times.

Some Christmas cherry pr0n, picked 10 kilos today just off the lower branches with no ladder, at least another 40 kilos higher up which we’ll get to on Monday

Recipe or gtfo you sexy bruschetta baker
A loaf of sourdough sliced
Garlic and butter I mixed together myself
2 Tomatoes chpped
1/2 res onion chopped
Parmesan cheese
Garlic infused olive oil (extra virgin would be fine)
Fresh basil chopped

Butter one side of sourdough with garlic butter and pan fry face down until golden brown then flip and fry for another minute to crisp up.

Mix chopped onion and tomatoes together in bowl then spoon onto sourdough

Top with parmesan and fresh basil and drizzle with oil.

You can use some salt on top if you like.

Super quick and easy and tastes delicious.
