yes, absolutely!I haven’t seen him play this year but reports were good. We signed him to an extension early, so obviously thought he had talent. This will be his second long lay off (shoulder?),
We also picked up skinner and played him and a wounded McKenzie over Pasini. And he has been an emergency once? I think this year.
Is Jake getting another contract?
LOL ... Looks like he is a bit of a larrikin ... Thats ok, as long as he can give results. Building a good rep in the AFL.Lol I just googled the trainer and apparently he was on a Love Island reality show
He wants to add size. I hope that means height. He has been listed at 192 cm but rumour is he has grown to 195 cm. Fingers crossed that this is correct.

Boak and the boys went all the way to California to work out of a double garage with Apiros. Their setup also looks pretty basic & unimpressive, but they have international sporting stars lined up for their services & expertise.training from a garage?
pretty impressive for a personal trainer to attract AFL players, from a back yard operation
Give it a rest mate, it's the off season. Better to be looking at what the lads are doing, than the incessant crap-on that goes on in every thread attacking players, coaches, & club! Not sure why everyone is impressed that players are doing stuff to keep fit in the off season.
Sure be impressed by what they are doing that isn't the normal weights, cardio and exercise sessions down at the local gym / local trainer.
The non normal stuff like jumping on a plane and going to do specialised sessions, with injury rehab included, with Apiros / Austin Einhorn in Santa Cruz and paying for that out of their own pocket ( but no doubt tax deductible), but its part of the CBA conditions that they have to keep fit and at an acceptable standard, given how long they have off. If they don't, they can be fined.
From the 2017-22 CBA, Schedule C – Minimum Terms and Conditions, Clause 9 Leave, 9.1 Post Season Leave page 74
(b) A Club’s Season Conclusion Date shall be the Tuesday after the Club’s final match of the AFL Season,
- so we finished Saturday 20th August so they went on holiday 23rd August - 11 weeks ago - what other profession (outside sports) pays you for 12 or 13 weeks annual leave - every year?

and if the clubs get too demanding, they get fined.

Sounds to me like you didn't do enough beer training.the only thing that restricted my career at AFL level was ability, height, beer and motivation
Leaving only a unique blend of speed and endurance.the only thing that restricted my career at AFL level was ability, height, beer and motivation
