Kynan Brown nice rove to kick a neat goal.

Schache definitely playing forward. Attacked a ball hard in the air and crashed the defender in front if him. Nice to see some aggression from him.

Farris-White missed a pretty easy set shot from a lead. Earlier Fullerton missed a more difficult one from the pocket from a ruck infringement. Schache took a nice mark out positioning Rosman but then missed a goal you’d expect him to nail from about 35 out.

Sestan kicks a goal from the goal square after Jefferson competed well for a mark around 40 out.

Rosman drops a mark he should’ve taken and Schache pounces to kick his second under very little pressure.

Caleb Windsor’s older brother Kye (sp?) is debuting for Casey. Hasn’t looked that impressive so far.

Schache absolutely nailed a Port player with a solid bump. This is the most physical I’ve ever seen Schache.

Schache throwing his weight around today is good to see. Fullarton is still a wimp though, i doubt he ever plays a game for us. Verrall looks way ahead of him.

Gowers has had multiple AFL shots. Too small at AFL level for the game style he plays. Is also a bit of an odd unit.

Nice work by K.Brown through the middle to hit Fullarton on the lead sliding into the mark. Converts from 45 out directly in front.

Not sure Verrall has the forward chops to play as a backup to Max but he's showing really good signs in the ruck, could see him being the long term replacement.

Agree , should have said this game . Seems to be losing whoever is on him.

Laurie has been prominent . Interesting to see Seston at centre bounces that q . Schache been physical too . Hunter very quiet . Turner taking grabs .

We will have to accept that once Gawn retires it will be probably back to serviceable rucks.

Verrall showing enough signs he could be serviceable. Still think it will be a massive step up in ruck contests against AFL first rucks but I think Verrall at least has the mobility to be effective at AFL level soon post ruck contest.
