F#$% off. That Canadian ran past the Aussie. What BS. Judges must have been told to boost Canada's gold medal count.
Yeah they warned him for it but because of the system he was never going to the penalty box. All he needed was that break. The silliest event has the silliest rules.

A great women's javelin final.

Double World Champ Kelsey-Lee Barber opens up with a big throw to say 'beat me if u can girls'.

And Mackenzie Little immediately responds with a huge PB to take the lead.

Can Barber respond as she has done in so many major championships - often doing it in the last round?

Kelsey Lee Barber loves winning on the last throw. 3 different championship wins with her last throw out of her 4 championship wins on the world stage.

Mackenzie Little 2 PBs and misses out on gold by half a foot after leading for 5 rounds.

Australia will win our 1000th Commonwealth Games gold medal sometime overnight.

Kelsey-Lee just took our tally to 995 and we have plenty of gold chances left.

Hopefully Durbidge can get in the breakaway here
If Scotson gets in a select group he'd be a sneaky chance at a selective sprint as long as Reinhardt Janse van Rensberg, Dion Smith and Cav aren't in it. Nice turn of pace.

49kmph laps at the moment, wonder how long they can keep that up?

It'll be a 3 and a half hour race
Our men need to get some hints from the ladies about road race tactics. Cause at the moment we are no chance barring a miracle. Looks like we didn't have much of a plan except "lets see how it pans out".

It's not even a breakaway really. Basically the field split in half and we only had one man on the right side. And with so much talent up front and such a short race, they ain't coming back.
