Looks like we will be getting the 30 individual channels on 7+ like the Olympics had. Sevens event commentary will also be simulcast on 1116 SEN (Melbourne), 1170 SEN (Sydney) SENQ 693 (Brisbane) as well as the SEN App.

• Thursday 28 July: The action kicks off with The Front Bar Birmingham Edition from 8.30pm on Seven and 7plus.

• Friday 29 July: Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony from 4.45am. Ariarne Titmus, Emma McKeon, Ellie Cole and Kyle Chalmers are among a group of Aussies competing in the swimming and para-swimming events, before the men’s individual triathlon and women’s individual triathlon. Then, Australia takes on India in the cricket T20, and the Australian Diamonds meet Barbados in the netball.

• Saturday 30 July: Swimming and para-swimming finals -women’s 200m freestyle final, men’s 400m freestyle final, men’s 200m breaststroke final, athletics and para-athletics – men’s marathon T53/43 final, women’s marathon T53/54 final, men’s marathon final, women’s marathon final, netball – Australia v Scotland, Rugby 7s – women’s and men’s group matches.

• Sunday 31 July: Cycling (track and para-track) – women’s 3000m individual pursuit finals, women’s sprint finals, men’s Keirin finals, gymnastics artistic – women’s team final and individual qualification.

There will be same great medal events on at 3am - 5am type time slot. Can't see myself staying up / getting up to watch them.

But there will be some good late night viewing 10pm to 1am time slot events that I will be watching.
 
Will probably be watching most of the important events the next day, based on the timings. Interested to see how we do as a country as we are favourites to have the highest medal tally. Hopefully we live up to that favouritism :)
 
Did anybody see the Opening ceremony? The 4am AEST start time, made it a no go for most I imagine. I noticed they are replaying it at 1pm today.

Was a nice Opening Ceremony. Better than what Gold Coast put up 4 years ago and certainly better than the last two Olympic Games Ceremonies which were scaled-back.

Felt like a pre-COVID era ceremony as well.
