Great win but must say, we did get shaky in those last 8 mins again - easy misses by Acres and Durdin :(

Agreed, although I don't think we were shaky (they never looked nervous). It was just poor execution in front of goal by those 2. Very surprised that Acres missed as he usually loves icing games for us :p

In particular Durdin’s - don’t want to be to picky because he played well - but that running shot to goal is “bread and butter” for any small forward

:thumbsu:

Missing shots happens...

Charlie missed some gettable shots, as did TDK, Harry etc.

We aren't the only team dealing with these things, they all are.

Main thing is, we are getting a lot more right than wrong.

What we can trust now is that we know what effort we’re going to get and we never give up.

Still awhile away from the finished product and this team will look vastly different to the one at the end of the year but we can’t ask for more than what’s been delivered so far.

Agree, but he was out running as described, Sat morning 10am

Martin might’ve recovered from the hamstring enough to enter his “conditioning block” - it’s been about 3 weeks since the injury was reported so makes sense if it was minor.

Hopefully DC (and Motlop) are available for selection sooner rather than later.
