Reminds me my time at school. Saints supporters having a chip on their shoulder. When discussing footy, if anything negative was said about St.Kilda they thump you.

For some reason they acted they were a successful club. At least Magpies supporters earned the right to be obnoxious, but Saints? I used to call them a poor man’s Collingwood.

Richmond have gone on winning runs multiple times in the 60's 70's and 2017-20 and won flags before and even in the 80's
StKilda is different and the team we all want to see win a flag.

I was born in 66 and some how could have easily ended up a saints fan if my family didnt move to Richmond when we arrived in Australia in 1969 and could have supported saints due to my birth year

Richmond have been a more successful club than South Melbourne/Sydney since the 1930's
