If Cole eliminated the brain farts from his game he would be infinitely more valuable. Less stagnant movement up the ground and better team defence would help with that, but still reliability is what holds him back from being much better.

Cole's brain farts are usually overcommitting and then getting caught out. I guess trying too hard and screwing up seems better than not trying at all or just duffing kicks and handpasses for no apparent reason.
