Players with under 25 games experience this round:

Geelong - 7 (Clark, Clohesy, Humphries, Knevitt, Mullin, Neale, O'Sullivan).

Hawthorn - 1 (Watson).

Players with over 150 games experience this round:

Geelong - 3 (Blicavs, Cameron, Dangerfield).

Hawthorn - 7 (Amon, Barrass, Breust, Gunston, Hardwick, Impey, Sicily).

I traveled west last year to watch our clash with Freo - I spent a week over there and coincidentally stayed the same hotel as the players

Optus is a beautiful venue to visit and they've got so many better food options than the venues here

Yeh, he's been shit. Surprised as he loves the big stage and this is the game penciled in early on in W.A.

Still wouldn't surprise me if he has a big influence in the next half.
Fremantle certainly don't look finals material at this stage.

That is a clarification that rubs against expectation. They are ripe to go. Our old guys are mostly doing their job (Cameron is ina slump but will come good) … but under them is a group a season or two short of games and maturity.

Wasn't that bad.
Took a brilliant mark and goaled. I thought Kelly was worse.

Looks to me like Reid has checked out just as JHF did at North Melbourne in his final year.

All their crocodile tears about 'permanent brain damage' and 'attempted murder' and 'civil lawsuit' when Lalor got injured.....seems to have dried up very suddenly.
