I'd imagine the SANFL will develop it for their state junior programs.

I believe the SANFL are developing the other side of the ground where they still own the facility that were behind the western grandstands. That, the oval and the Crows facility the only thing left.

I presume the Crows facility will be sold for more development?

Correct and most very likely.
Rowey did mention also on Friday that Commercial and Gerneral, who are doing the WEST Football Park development, will be building our new facility.

Given the SA Government, the football club & even the SANFL all would want the good publicity/protection from criticism choosing a SA construction company provides (creates SA jobs line can be rolled out) and given the scale of both projects it would’ve limited who else could have built it.

The stands were originally going to go but when the facility got moved to the outer side of the ground, the stands are now staying.
