In response to whether this is one of the biggest threads of all time, the AFL LIVE 2011 thread on the Video Games board has over 26,000 posts (26 x 1k threads) while the Liverpool Army thread is up to Part 25.

Still a long way behind in terms of that - and I think Big Ant probably did BF a big favour by conducting all its correspondence on here as it brought I'd say hundreds, possibly thousands, possibly millions, maybe even billions to sign up for BF.
