Its a win. 4 points. And some good signs from a few players.

Good win, Hawkins was massive, goaling with set shots when everyone else was missing them. Our key defenders were great especially in the third quarter when they were under a lot of pressure. Shame we couldn't hold them scoreless in that last quarter, then again with the 2 points percentage doesn't matter as much. Poor Smedts didn't get much of a run. Kolodjashnij did a few nice things.

Blitz tiring towards the end- 33 hitouts, is his best stat there.

Halfway through the 4th, had attended a game-high 57 ruck contests. That's a lot of damn running!
Was Simpson injured or just dropped?

Love old fashion suburban ground footy, sorts out the men from the boys,To keep GWS to 42 points is terrific, tackticly I thought it was as good as anything we have produced in a long time.
They probably missed a few easy shots, as we did. I'd have loved us to have been 10 goals up by half time, coming home with a wet sail but, sadly, it was not to be. :(

31 disposals and 2 goals for Motlop. Going to be a big loss.
Point me to the indication he's leaving. I await your "I've got nothing" response.

Strong showing for three quarters (the less said about the third, the better).

Probably the best game Selwood has played all season and Caddy backed up last week's performance. The defensive unit as a whole functioned really well and to keep Cameron scoreless was a great effort.

Onto the Lions.
