It's pathetic. They should feel ashamed.

They just have no defence, and a fairly dysfunctional forward line too.

You need one of those other lines to be elite with your midfield to be a true contender, but too often they are both liabilities.

They've been pretty good today, lost a couple players to injury early and the umps haven't helped them

Problem is multi faceted.

Terrible game plan. No plan B or C

Players like Finlayson, DBJ, F Evans sub par, Sweet is a above mid tier ruck but lacking overall. Defence is poor.

For what Dixon now provides, might as well go for a second ruck / FF like Visentini.

Simpson has a 50% win rate compared to Hinkley's 60% win rate, would be too risky going for Simpson in my opinion.
Clarkson is contracted at North for another three years.
If Port get rid of Hinkley, then who are they going to get? Who else is out there?
