Was at the G last night for the Essendon v Melbourne game. Given the context of that game the crowd was sparse. Get off the Richmond hate.Clearly carried by the other big Melbourne based clubs when you play them, who are still showing up.
In 2015 Brisbane finished second last. They played North in Round 17 at home on a Saturday night and lost by 72 points. The home crowd attendance was just over 15500.They played GWS at the MCG in 2019 on the exact same date and got 39,000.
