5 day break again. Think this is the year we get caught out. Geelong had that opportunity and didn’t care a single bit about winning
Surely not. That was the worst loss under Scott. Watching his face he did seem care. Just because Dangerfield and Hawkins did not play, we don't deserve credit? We kicked their butts as they could not cope with conditions. We know how to play in Darwin and are now used to it. Cats were lucky we were spent in the last quarter.

Apparently rd13 v Geelong down there. Unfortunately we don't get them at home but would be great to knock them off there.

Brutal fixture imo. Only 1 of NM, Rich, WC twice. 2 top 6 teams twice

Going to be really tough if Melbourne and or Crows bounce up

Really have to start 5-1. The post Darwin games will be huge. Hopefully can go 2-1 before the mid season bye

4 weeks without footy on the GC because of the Darwin games, but the first of 4 is at the Gabba.

Much better than the 9 weeks the first time we played the 2 games in Darwin.

We only play Home games on the Coast in the first FIFTEEN Rounds ([emoji6] counting OR).

The Darwin games need to change, that is terrible for building attendance culture.

Was just coming back to say it’s one game back home then another away.

Darwin has got to go!!

Not a cupcake fixture like last year, but 2 goes at Melbourne and Adelaide who are in the exact same spot as us could make or break each team’s chances.

I think there is 13 wins there, although 14 teams are expecting finals so who the hell knows. We’ll need 12 wins by Round 20 though cos that run home is brutal.

We were gifted 2 games against North and West Coast last year and couldn’t make it count. On the other hand, we get Richmond and Essendon twice again who we did beat both times, so not complaining.

Agree Re. Darwin. 1 game on the Coast in 8 weeks during winter (against Freo) is a huge momentum killer for crowds, but we only have ourselves to blame.

AFL pushes us to make money from playing in Darwin. I doubt we have much to say. It sucks but that's the reality to be on life support from AFL. It could be worse. Look at North selling 2 home games to Freo and Eagles in Perth.

They’ve sold two home games to Perth and don’t have to go back for the away games though. Nullifies it

I sure prefer to sell 2 home games to Darwin where I would say we do have home advantage than to sell 2 home games to play Freo and Eagles in Perth.
