Joe says we’ll get through these last few hours then enjoy a glass of red. They didn’t read between the lines there, they should of followed up to see if there’s any more movement from us.
Glass of Red hey -> Ed Richards clearly a last minute target.

Except, Bo Allen has no spot in our team for 2-3 years at best. Why not just grab the best small forward and not worry about what the crabs at WC do. They will pick Chesser 2.0 anyway.
Did they pick Chesser 1.0, or did they create him?

Really difficult to come into a club in such disarray as they are. GCSs may be preferable.

Looking back on what we gave up for Bolton I’m really not bothered anymore. I was annoyed to begin with but it was always going to cost 2 first round picks. And we only slid from 11 to 14 oh well who cares. After seeing GC and GWS draft hand they had and had all those picks and haven’t won shit. 90% of those picks were duds. Give us the player and I’m happy

this is why it's cracking me up watching the Eagles melts rationalise yesterday's debacle with "it's all to get Chad next year"

champs, if he doesn't want to go be a superstar at a pile of shite in a rebuild for 5 years, but would rather prefer to be a useful cog in a flag (or two) winning side...

Eagles could hold picks 1-10 and offer him 2M a year.

won't matter. not one iota.
I think Warner is theirs to lose.

Once again, even if Chad does go to WCE (I don't think he does, but if...) it's no skin off our arse. He's a great player yes, but he's not great enough to carry that team into finals contention, even with the "Prince of Perth" in there with him. They are still a lot, A Lot, of puzzle pieces short of being competitive.

Yeah I get the whole prefer to play for a winning club but I really think alot on here are being a bit ignorant when it comes to chad potentially choosing freo over WC

You all keep looking at as fans , Warner will do what’s best for him and his family and major component of that will be cash, especially as if it’s true he’s basically going to be underpaid massively per his output next year and year already gone

Sure you ll sacrifice some cash for success but their offer is going to be north of million over and above ours , nothing surer - plus likely better after football deals.

moneys not everything but it’s nearly everything

That's fine man, if we are already a top 4 team next year we won't need him.

"When" he joins the Eagles, will they instantly become a top 4 side?

Kozzie might be a touch cheaper as well. ;)

Money is not everything but it keeps you comfortable in the meantime.
