This guy looks ideal. Thing I like about the highlight's most is he doesn't sh1t himself when under pressure, takes or shrugs a tackle and still gets away an effective disposal. Too many on in our team are anticipating contact imo and it's effecting their game, beggars belief considering how long they let you hold the ball for too. Also seems to run to the coal face where the contest is to be won, little bit of alpha about him just the sort we need.

If he can transfer that to the bug league where his tackles are faster and harder, he'll be a lock for the next 10 years

Great highlights - a concerned by the fact that he's a mid who can handball more than 2 metres - will play havoc with our setups.

On a side note - what must it feel like for these kids

1st pick is Tassie to Melb, Pick 2 Perth to Melb, 3rd Pick Melb to Perth - at least Hall only has to drive an additional 20 km to get to training.

That’s probably one of the reasons for some guys asking for 18 months than 6 (which I think Hall did). It would be pretty harsh to ask a guy to move interstate and then delist him six months later.

Max Hall, Described by some as a "running machine".
Luke Dunstan, Described as a "running machine" by no-one ever, didn't get a good tank after a decade in the system.

His age puts him as someone who may have been screwed up ( football development wise ) by Covid.

Well I knew nothing about the kid but some of the comments in this thread have made me pretty bullish on him. I do have a made that knows more about the VFL level who was giving him big wraps as well. Sounds like he could be just the type we need, best of luck to the lad

Hall is on an 18 month contract, so end of next year.
