It has been reported that he was dissatisfied with the Bulldogs culture which was one of the reasons he was looking to leave, you would think Chris Fagan has had a hell of a lot to do with how our culture has developed and improved over the last 6 years. Fagan maybe leaving could give him reason to re think his decision.

Our playing group are switched on. Level headed with no idiots. I'd think he'd be happy with that. Plus tippa is also another factor

If Dunkley was considering changing his mind I think we'd hear about it pretty quickly. Manager would have to put feelers out and the media would jump on it.

I'm hoping we're ok and he still wants to be a lion.

Rich isn't the problem LOL. Geelong didn't beat us because Rich is slow. There were other factors that cost us the game like:

*Geelong were better rested
*We had too many players go missing in games
*Defensively we were off all season. Needs attention.
*We got out coached. Need to booster our coaching panel
*Midfield lacked depth

The player that played on Daniel Rich Myers was the number one player on the ground think he had a lot to do with it and every week he gets exposed

Dunkley is coming to Brisbane as it appears he wants to settle his life in Queensland, and the Lions just happen to be the best club for him in QLD. Can't see him all of a sudden changing his mind given his move to the Lions is based on lifestyle and family motive.

Good point, but again Rich was a small part of that loss. For example:

-Who's good idea was it in the coaches box to let Stewart run around unmanned in the first half all by himself.
-We played 2 weeks of final intensity games and Geelong were better rested. The importance of finishing in the top 4.
-Our midfield lacked depth and a lot of players were down, especially players who are repeat offenders that haven't performed the last couple of seasons on the big stage. The top 7 leading disposal getters on the ground were Geelong players.

We got out played, out coached and clearly Geelong has better two way runners on their team. Replacing Rich with the best athletic running half back in the competition wasn't going to change the result.

If the suns salary dump is true pick 7 and bowes for nothing -I would take it Brisbane everyday of the week.just make some room in the cap . and if we can work a miracle and get Ashcroft’s team mate, Sheezel ( seen his games and I personally believe he has got gun written all over him) bloody fantastic

We would have to trade it in to 2023 before the draft.

I imagine GC would like, at the least, a couple of future second round picks back in such a trade.
