I think the snapped achilles came at a very bad time for him. Ordinarily, earlier draft picks get an opportunity to turn it around and he had that removed. Still mightn't have done it, but a second chance at another club can be that wake up call.

Well so far Gallucci did a pre-season at Richmond (passed over) played VFL at the Seagulls for 2 years where je hasn't exactly lit it up and he's suiting up for South Fremantle in the WAFL this season after Blair Hartley (Richmond) teed him up an opportunity over there.

The preseason at Richmond was after the 12 months out, really up against it when you need to hit the ground running. And then that's that, out of the system and out of opportunity. Not many come back in after being drafted and leaving the system.

Basically if he wanted to be paid more and live close to his brother and parents , play with his brother , play defence and play in front of big crowds then he will be playing at the crows next year
