Conspiracy Theory The Russia-Ukraine War

Aaron Mate is the Jewish son of a father who survived the Nazi occupation of Budapest as an infant, who's not only written for the Jewish tablet magazine, but is an independent award-winning journalist who looks at both sides of a situation.

Hahahaha!

The Canadian University of Calgary's School of Public Policy published a list of "Russian-influenced" social media accounts, which included Maté.

Oh so your Wikipedia quote on Aaron Mate doesn't disagree that "Aaron Mate is the Jewish son of a father who survived the Nazi occupation of Budapest as an infant, who's not only written for the Jewish tablet magazine, but is an independent award-winning journalist who looks at both sides of a situation."

Weird how you have to go back almost 2 months to reply to my post on extremist propaganda narrative with a quote from Aaron Mate Wikipedia, which you don't link and pretend it is a quote from the link you do put there.

Hahahahahahahahaha. You do you boo!

Strange. Are you triggered because Mate was questioning the media propaganda? Pointing out that the Russians were promised by US Secretary of State Baker and President Bush repeatedly from 1989, that NATO would not expand one inch further east, what multiple administrations and independent commentators warn Russia considers a major security threat. And what Canada are saying is "Disinformation" in the Russian - Ukrainian war.

But why bring it up now??

Is it now Mate and Grayzone are pushing back against the atrocity propaganda Israel and the US are promoting to justify the ethnic cleaning Israel are completing in Palestine?

* me. BlueE is now arguing in favour of Palestinians! I never thought I'd see the day where one of the most cooked conspiracy theorists on this forum would be arguing a pro-Palestinian line.

Genuinely impressed mate. The motives are completely dubious as you're only even doing it because The GrayZone told you do, but hallelujah! Maybe there's hope for you to see the light yet.

He's accidentally fallen on the right side of history this time I'd say

Like literally everything else he believes is true, he was conditioned to think it by the Russians:

The escalation in Israel-Gaza has served as a useful tool in the disinformation campaign of the Russian state. State media has used this war to perpetuate pro-Putin narratives and justify the invasion of Ukraine, or the so-called ‘Special Military Operation’. For example, Russian sources have reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is supplying weapons to Hamas. More specifically, several main themes have emerged from Russia’s state-controlled television channels and the Kremlin. First, the conflict is framed as a result of US foreign policy failures in the Middle East, where the US involvement in the Middle East is portrayed as the true root of the ongoing conflict. Second, the Kremlin, through state-controlled media, benefits from this conflict by presenting wars as normal in the current world. The desensitisation of the public to war combat footage and other war materials creates the illusion of war as a routine part of global affairs, thus justifying the ‘Special Military Operation’, and presenting Russia as a safe haven to its citizens. Furthermore, state television aims to present Putin, and Russia as the face of anti-Americanism, alongside China and Iran, by framing the Israel-Gaza crisis as a proxy war with the US. For example, reports of Russia rearranging the international world order through its diplomatic mediation of the conflict, such as by meeting the Hamas delegation, are not only intended to showcase its diplomatic leverage to the West, but also to Putin’s audience at home.

Additionally, Russian sources have been pushing the sentiment that the West has abandoned its alliance with Ukraine, who is instead focusing its efforts on the Israel-Gaza crisis. This narrative aims to showcase to its Ukrainian audience that the West must choose between support for Israel or Ukraine – and that Ukraine is better positioned by aligning itself with Russia and accepting it as its sole and only ally. Moreover, these reports present Ukraine as lacking financial capabilities to continue the war without US and EU funding. Former President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev stated that, Ukraine is “desperately jealous of Israel”, and the support the US has shown to Israel. This narrative pins Israel and Ukraine as competitors for support from the West.

Another parallel rhetoric between the Russia-Ukraine and the Israel-Gaza crisis is the rhetoric of anti-Semitism. Just as the de-Nazification narrative has played a key role in the justification of the war in Ukraine, Russia has also taken this opportunity to mobilise these disinformation points once again. However, with the recent events in Russia’s southern region of Dagestan, specifically the Makhachkala airport mob, the Kremlin’s anti-Semitic rhetoric has grown more complex – Russia both utilises anti-Semitic rhetoric against Ukraine and its leaders, as well as accuses Ukraine of anti-Semitism to garner support for the war in Ukraine.

When public opinion started eroding in WaPo By Max Boot "The fanatical neo con warmonger who loves to cheer war ... The same people who cheered on the Iraq war ... We have a great plan and the counter offensive is going to work."

Talking about the coming glorious victory of the Ukrainians.

Now in NYT. A different story is being told. Having an extremely difficult time in replacing casululties, having to reclassify disability and force refugees to return and enlist. Now losing more territory. "Russia controls Marinka"

Coming up to the 2nd anniversary of Putin's invasion, and all he's managed to do is extend the Russia/NATO border by 1300 kms.
Well done Finland.

He's also increased the land area of the Russian Federation by less than 1%, then riddled much of that captured land with high density minefields, making it practically uninhabitable and useless... at the cost of thousands of tanks, hundreds of aircraft, and goodness knows how many young men. Absolute sh1tshow.

And yet, they'll probably still "win" the war. A very Pyrrhic victory though :$

They can't keep aircraft in the sky, can't supply eggs and interest rates are at 15%.

And Putin has guaranteed pariah state status for the near future plus he has obliterated their biggest market for natural resource income - Europe.

It's already a loss for Russia. It's just how badly they lose now.

It's a quagmire - any territory Russia do manage to take and hold will be subject to significant guerrilla activity. Ukraine can't make significant advances without air cover, and how many F-16s and trained pilots will they have even in 6-12 months time?

All the while it drains Russia's young which is the exact opposite of Putin's population plans he's tried to legislate for since he took office.
Sure Finland is now part of NATO, but th ebrian drain and lack of trained technical civilian population is just as big an issue for Russia.

F16s will come online mid year. That and cruise missiles from France, Germany, US and UK combined will make Russian military operations from within occupied Ukraine pretty untenable.

The bigger problems though are their domestic aviation sector. Another year of sanctions leaves it crippled and Russia will run out of stolen aircraft to strip for spare parts. They can't get the latest updates on aircraft from manufacturers.

They'll turn to importing through 3rd party countries clandestinely or try and make their own replacement parts. All of this is done without certification and without safety standards.

There's just no way for Putin to ever win this war now. Every outcome from now ion s a loss.

Considering the recent attacks on the good people of Belgorod by Russian Nazis recently this makes sense.

The Independent People's Republic of Belgorod has long suffered at the hand of genocidal Nazis from Moscow that threaten anyone who dares speak Ukranian despite the fact that historically Belgorod is Ukranian and was stolen by the Russians in 1918.

In the name of peace Russia should allow the wishes of the people of Independent People's Republic of Belgorod to join Ukraine. They do not want to be ruled by fascist madmen from Moscow and want peace by joining their rightful historical place in Ukraine.

Russia, Russia, Russia

Have utterly cooked you mate.

Putin has one of Hunter's laptops which even from the small amount of data that has been published, including photos of him with very young girls and "business deals", compromises Biden.

Lol. Qanon nonsense the Russians have convinced you is real.

* they're done a number on you.
