We will be playing against our fellow newbies (Port Adelaide) in round 7.
Port should be slightly favoured to win, but hopefully we are still on a high in order to get our 3rd straight win.

It will also be Tilly Lucas-Rodd's 50th AFLW game.

Is the club trying to set up a hub/ base in Frankston for the team?

Seem to be playing a fair few of our games there

Good work Hawks. Great pressure. Just need to get that damn wall to break in the 3rd quarter.

McDonagh and Eardley did some nice things in the quarter which was great to see as well.
Just need umpires to pay frees like when 2 players dive on the ball but somehow get a free for holding the ball

Yeah the umpiring is really tough to understand. I can't make sense of it.

There was a holding the ball free kick that was paid against Hawthorn in the 2nd quarter that looked like a clear Hawthorn free kick when the Port player was the one who dragged the ball in rather then getting rid of it.

we just need to kick it into space so a forward can lead onto it, we've had 2 marks within range, 1 goal and 1 a play on that nearly made the distance for a goal, going to Duffin and she hasnt taken about half a dozen marks, need to look for McDonaugh more she takes the grabs, just usually too far out.

Jasmine Fleming doing well early, but shes being taken out of the contest a lot by Ewings, she needs to use her pace to run past her.

Our talls like McDonagh, Wales and Eardley are showing that they are marking threats.
