thought this was the punting thread not the conspiracy thread?
This and the next post that is not punting related is getting deleted and the offender is getting a thread ban regardless if you are replying to someone that may have quoted you etc.

Take it to other boards that are discussing the election and it is not like it is not being discussed anywhere!

Albo down 7% in a week to 30% as preferred PM, horror first week.

That said could not possibly do any worse so nice time to lay the Libs and trade out around 2.8

Yup. 2.20 must be close to rock bottom unless Albo found to be touching kids. I’ll lay the libs here and bet them back at 2.50

Where are those turkeys who saying just a few months ago that the ALP had this in the bag?

Either in this thread or the other one, I clearly recall some amusing 'it's already over' calls.

Must be under the age of 20 or something.

This is the ALP we are talking about. And Australian media and public opinion.

All it takes is one major blunder from the leader and the house of cards can come crashing down very quickly.

Back out to 2.50 today. Now we wait for the next overreaction.

Going to go all in one direction now after underlying inflation smashed in way above expectations.

Only an audacious cuck move by the RBA to not lift rates next week will stop Albo from being hot favourite from here on.

Having said that though- It's not out of the realms of possibility that the RBA show the world they have zero backbone or independence and don't lift rates.
Afterall, this is the government that somehow managed to get Kenneth Hayne to pull every punch available in the banking royal commission recommendations.

(hence the sh*t eating grin from joshy here on behalf of his parties banking donors.
He knew that any systemic real changes weren't in the final report.
Conversely, the look on Haynes' face says it all too. He knew he'd sold out.)

We might see the same photo replicated with Phil Lowe next week if Scomo manages to do it again and get Phil to hold fire on rates till after the election.

"It's the economy stupid."

Albo's gonna have to get busted in bed with some hookers to lose this one now the RBA haven't done a Hayne and sellout to scomo and josh.

Where's the market for leader of the liberal party post may 21?
Josh is a moral.

What if he loses his seat?

Weren't Labour paid out last time round by Sportsbet and then they lost?
That was before people had seen ScoMo in action, position looks worse at this stage. There is a silent conservative vote to be factored in but it almost certainly wont be enough, but could mean Labour can only form minority govt and we are controlled by 4-5 lunatics for the next term

Don't personally think there is much realistic chance of that happening, but you're right though- him losing his seat is probably a bigger threat to him being leader than another scomo miracle

Then just take the 1.65 for him to win his seat.

It will be damn close between him and Monique Ryan, 500 votes between them IMO. Kicking myself Sportsbet didn't let me on for more than $71 when she was paying $4.50.
