Its good to see that this PC madness and positive racism and discrimination called DEI is now a dying animal in the US. The SC 9-0 just made it much much easier for people to sue their employers if they were passed over or sacked based on race if they actually were suitable for that position. 9-0..with both black and white SC judges all concurring and no written dissent.

Thankfully that positive discrimination madness (DEI) has not fully taken a hold here in Australia..

What the anti racist racists hate is when you point out that the underlying premise behind DEI is to install people that may be less qualified for roles purely based on race / gender etc. Hiring people on quotas rather than competency has consequences

That's the trouble with any quota system, you are essentially broadcasting that if you're not a straight white male you're not able to achieve on your own merits.

My work has annual awards for various categories, they still have a "women achiever" of the year award. That's despite the majority of awards going to women, women can more than compete against men yet they have the condescending woman only category. Quite strange.

Was a bit like the Voice, the failed proposal literally met the definition of racism - giving something to only one group of people based purely on race.

But if you were against the Voice you were labelled racist, treating all Australian the same is considered racist.
