English 'spirit of cricket'...
Not watching. We've already won the ashes, but this whingeing thing is nearly as good as the little urn. Really happy that we've made them complain so much.

Commentators suggesting an hour or 90 break in play. If so, draw seems most likely outcome, and also English players and coach complain that if rain hadn't intervened they would have won, and they thought they played better cricket across the series.
English weather? Maybe they should have played the series in Australia.

In the ā€˜spirit of cricketā€™ Ben should have thrown the ball back to the umpires and asked for one that was like the one weā€™ve been using.

Big news today. Aussies snubbed by England. No post match get together. Well Baz did say they wouldnā€™t be having a drink with us.

And the game. We got close. 334 in a fourth innings was a huge effort. Day 1 dropped catches proved decisive.

The future. This is an old team so some turnover is going to happen. Iā€™m not enough of a cricket tragic to know whoā€™s coming through.

Iā€™m sorry but they are a humourless bunch of prats. Glad we donā€™t have to think about playing them in test cricket for over two years.

I'd love to play them again sooner than that. They are no match for us on our home deck.

Glen Maxwell, century off 40 balls, finished 106 from 44 balls. Some audacious shots. Wow.
Yeah, the flat track bullies were out again. Not a Warner fan boy, but his innings was better in the context of the game. Sadly my interest in cricket has waned with this current group. Some superb players individually, but TEAM ethos sadly lacking. They do not epitomise the fighting spirit of teams from bygone years.
