Lore I think the Future 2nd round that Freo traded out for Jackson is the 2nd round North compo pick they got for Logue.

Isn't the AFL rules that once you trade out your Future 1st, you can't traded out your future 2nd and/or 3rd and/or 4th, which means you have to trade out the ones you have traded in?

Setterfield (Carlton) with pick 68 traded to Essendon for an F4 (Ess)

Essendon get: Will Setterfield and pick 68
Carlton get: future 4th round pick (tied to Essendon)

No, you can trade out more than 1 of your own picks. But you have to maintain a presence in either the first round or all of the others, which they've done by keeping the North pick.

Fremantle has also confirmed they sent their own picks, and this is also the default assumption of the AFL House account. They make a note if it's on-traded.

No, you can trade whichever one you want.

So we trade our round 1 and 2 this year and 1 next year.
How did we get to keep 33! And also get what could be upgraded 2 and 3 rounders next year.
Looking forward to Port entering the draft at pick 60 after 33 goes to Geelong for Ratugolea

The cats do it again. They now have pick 7, 25, 58, 64 + Bruhn & Bowes incoming. They are killing it. They could easily Package up 58 and 64 to move up or even 25 58 and 64 to move up. Good draft pool. Could get 2 guns for 2 years when they have more retirements.

Bowes (Gold Coast) with pick 7 traded to Geelong for F3 (Geel)

Geelong get: Jack Bowes, pick 7
Gold Coast get: a future 3rd round pick (tied to Geelong)

I think 27 should be with Collingwood and 48 should be with Hawthorn sorry to interrupt. Love your work.

Not sure what is going on with the screenshot, but according to the actual live spreadsheet Collingwood does have 27 and Hawthorn does have 48, as they ought to do.

I don't know why, but this sort of thing seems to happen every bloody year, no matter how meticulous I am. It's like it refreshes and reverts temporarily to a previous save or something while it's doing it and I just happen to catch it at that split second when I screenshot it or something?

Hopper (GWS) with #53 and #63 to Richmond for 31 and F1 (Rich)

Richmond get: Jacob Hopper, pick 53 and pick 63
GWS get: pick 31 and a future 1st round pick (tied to Richmond)

Is there a thread or a list of 2023 free Agents?
No one really knows for sure until the AFL get around to releasing a list next year, but our best guess would be here:

Scroll down a bit on the first tab of the first spreadsheet to get to next year's expiring contracts.
