All I meant is that the team has the talent. It's all between the ears now. Between 2016 and 2017 the Tigers got it sorted. Last year the lions worked it out. There are examples of good teams that are mentally fragile turning that around.

I guess that’s the problem with offering big contracts to get players like Saad, Williams, McGovern etc.

You end up with no money to make sure you’ve got quality in the 15th-30th players on your list.

You can often tell more about the quality of a list by who the emergencies are than the first five names on the team sheet.

The problem is we ****ed up multiple drafts and the list managers got desperate.

We’ve also had two list managers refuse to address our speed and skill deficiencies.

I think it's fair to say that both our clubs have been rubbish over the past two decades, much to everyone else's amusement!

We did get to a prelim final under Vossy two years ago, but the fear is that it was a flash in the pan.

Delusional imo, so many non league standard players that need to be cleared out.

Full rebuild required, and I do mean full - players, coaches, footy department. Basically burn it down and start again. The worst possible time to be doing it with Tassie coming in but what other option is there, something is very very rotten at the club and has been for years, has just been papered over by having the best top end talent we've had for 3 decades.
