If Freo plan on giving Bolton midfield minutes, it might be worth having some midfielders that can rotate forward. Young and Serong both can but they're much more impactful as midfielders imo. Could open the door for Simpson and Reid to break into the 22. Erasmus and Switta are more likely though.

It's easier for anyone to play in a good team. It's why roleplayers can look like worldbeaters when their stars play well and become complete potatoes when they don't.
Who are the forwards who rotate with Young and Serong: it's pretty much Switkowski.
I think we could easily give Bolton midfield time, and from comments I've read he pretty much attends the centre bounce, gets the clearance, and then plays forward. Likely taking a screamer from his own clearance kick eh
