agree, not a knock on him like others but we have a different focus looking well ahead and for real upside.

and when we say upside, we are here to win premierships so when ready and set the team with a abundance of talent can catapult up to the top again

i agree.

although also agree he is best with a good team around him, he is harder to replace, and still young enough to be in our next window.

It’s exactly what he’s good at as long as the head coach is prepared to listen.

Norf and WC are probably going to win more games next year, and then there’s a very even spread up to the top 7 or 8.
That leaves us as the worst team in the competition for 2-3 years.

This is not a bad thing, the timing is perfect for us.

VIC /SA/WA clubs in that mid ladder position that don’t have access to academy selections are going to be in a world of pain in the not too distant future.
