I'm the same, happy to pay bit extra for RAVC as they are so easy and fair to deal with. 4 claims, no issues.There is the problem. I remember when they first came into the market Mum tried to get a quote with them, except they don't do a quote, you actually have to take out the policy and then jump through hoops to cancel if it is more than your existing. Any business that is not upfront like that I would never deal with. I had a not at fault claim via AAMI which went smooth, I always flip flop between them and RAC(X), whoever is cheaper. Wouldn't trust Youi or some of these other white label insurers as far as I could spit.
