Mature, professional performance by our boys tonight. Did what we had to do & adapted better to the conditions.
Great games from the ol boys, Pendles & Steele. Special game from Shoota. And Big Bill played his role to perfection.
Better accuracy would have been nice, but any win is a good win against the Blooooose.

Yess !!! Good tough win in tricky conditions against the old foe
. Once we stopped allowing them the corridor in the second half they had no answer really. Set shot goal kicking the only negative. Darcy Cameron was super I thought although the commentators rarely acknowledged it. Sidey, Pendles, Perryman, Houston, Moore, Schultzy our best but all were solid. Bruzzy has been great all year and vying for the 4th M in our forward line. Nick just stuck to the task and refuses to be beaten. Hope Billy Frampton puts a few more game like tonight together in a row. 3-1 will do me now for the Swans. Go Pies!!!!

Great game again from Schultz. Perryman was either amazing on Cripps (only 1 clearance) or Cripps was not 100%.
Moore played one of his more impactful recent games. Frampton isn't the perfect player, but is sometimes useful in freeing up Moore.

Our pressure was enormous. Our boys really have a dip. It's amazing to see Sidey, Pendles and Howe still flying and I don't think any of them will be hanging up the boots at the end of this year.

Good use of ‘broke’ and ‘broken’ - you love to see it in reference to Carlton.
It was a weird game in many ways, we were always going to win it, and even their fans seemed to accept this - from the beginning of the game. They were flat and apprehensive - they were ‘broken’. Their spirit and their hope has been beaten out of them.
Should have been a convincing victory tonight.
Our forwards hardly troubled the scorer.
No impact from Hill, Elliott, Mihocek and Membrey.
We had 2 geriatrics that cut them apart.
Plenty of upside.
He’s close to the most underated player in the comp IMO
Great win.It’s a shame we didn’t bury them completely in the last quarter when we had the chance.The final score completely flattered them.It felt a lot more than a three goal win,and it should have been.Goal kicking is still a big issue for us.It nearly cost us the game against the Bulldogs as well
