Surprised he's not rated much around here. Thought his stuff with MJF and Danielson was really good. Always been a fan, so am stoked he's in NXT - should thrive.

I think he's massively underrated. Likely because he's been kept off TV for so long that people forget how good he can be.

Also on Ricky Starks, I reckon NXT is a good place for him. The men's main event scene is so light, they've got Waller and Theory having to help fill spots from the main roster. More likely he gets lost in the shuffle if he went straight to the main roster. He shouldn't be in NXT for too long however, he's already developed with a 14 year career with a lot of experience with TV wrestling in the NWA and AEW.

Was just a quick nod to his Fandago time, he mentioned it himself and how the song means so much to him then pivoted to talking about The System.

Would have been completely lost in the shuffle on the main roster leading into Mania. This way he can have a couple of programs for the North American and NXT Championship throughout 2025.

Every few weeks they did like one 1 minute backstage promo in the middle of the show. But mostly was just 2 cold matches.
