Jericho has some value as an authority figure or commentator (actually pretty decent). Needs to move on from in ring wrestling or being a stable leader.
Other than coming back with Judas, can't see it goes back to being more of the same with him.
Despite being past it, he's done a lot of heavy lifting for AEW especially in the early days - but time to move on IMO.
Ric Flairs run in Evolution was the gold standard of how to handle an aging great. They kind of did it with learning tree, but had Jericho too much as the focus, instead of the wise mentor/tag team partner/the “doing it for a friend” that Flair got from HHH (both kayfabe and in real life)In what capacity?
