They have at least half a dozen players who just aren't any good skill wise or at reading the play. You can't carry that many .

So many attitude issues too. Reckon coach has lost the players, multiple games this year you could see multiple players who dont care, or are starting to really play for their "own stats" rather than the team. Clearly they are more about saving their own career than trying to win games for the club

Vossy has done the same thing at Carlton that he did at Brisbane. Massively over achieved with an inferior list and then watched it fall apart by overpaying a few and not building on the success with development of younger players.

Yeah it's crazy that the media has pumped their list up so much when it is really not good.

That isn't just on the coach though, list managers etc are more involved in that stuff than the coach.

I've been critical of the Blues list build, but even so, there is no justification for them being this poor after so long. It is a mix of issues, but coaching is a big one. I was supportive of Vossy up to a point, but they've had the same weaknesses and issues for years.

You can tell me that all players are equal in the MRO's eyes. That a Collingwood big name recruit got the same as an unknown player from elsewhere. I just won't believe you.

I have always thought that getting lots of disposals might hep your club win games.
