SEN have blown up a couple of times about two holding the ball frees that should have been given. Both times the ball carrier fumbled and only actually took possession right as he was being tackled. No prior: correct call. The knee jerk reaction of course is that if he hadn't fumbled he would have had prior. But that's not the rule!
