Isn't the only other deduction they can get 9 points for administration?

Would there be legal challenges from the team bumped out of Europe if Everton have their points returned to them?
No idea on the whole process, I remember Juve recently were docked points that ended up being given back at some point, and perhaps even docked again, then by the end of it they ended up in a Conference League spot and they just willingly gave it to Fiorentina.

If they've breached in the next reporting period that'll be treated as separate from the one they've already been docked for.

From reading, the rules are now that clubs have to report by December, with all penalties and appeals completed by April.

So everything should be finalised by the time European places are sorted.

Cameroon cause a huge blow to Man U by allowing Onana to play Spurs game just 24 hours before Cameroon’s opening AFCON game.
That should not be allowed. Even for goal keepers, he should be able to arrive 2-3 days before and prepare properly.

These congested fixtures are a massive headache.

Hopefully we see the bad United and not the half decent version they pull out occasionally
Just finished reading the book on Glazers and Manchester United being the great cash machine.... Seriously how they can not be pushing for honours yearly with the funds at their disposal is just insane.

They only care about capital gains. United is not an image building exercise for them at all. They don't give a shit about image. This translates to on field performances. Pretty much Glazers did not care and were happy taking a dividend while the club funded itself.

The complete opposite to their Abu Dhabi rivals. Image reigns supreme for sports washers. With unlimited funds this translates to results.

United spend more on their squad than City do.

Oh but don't let that ruin his chance to jam sportswashing and City to any post he can.
I won't comment on the dodgy sponsorships stuff, but when it comes to spending, United and Chelsea have gone ahead.

From what I understand even Arsenal, who have willingly risen debt to compete and go ahead recently.

Reality from my take on the numbers posted (amateur that I am) that there is more money post Glazer dividends now than there would have been under a "traditional" owner not taking a dividend.

Chelsea since Boehly will go the same way.

Nobody said they don't.

The difference is that the Glazers are not using their money to fund the club and do not care about onfield performance. They only care about capital gain of their asset.

Which will hopefully be rectified soon.
Not sure you want a smaller wage bill, recent history shows clubs with the biggest wage bill have the best chance of success. And with the size of United being what it is you really should aspire to pay the biggest wages.

What you want though, is better value for the wages you pay, currently hugely underperforming in that regard.

So nothing to do with our "unlimited funds" then, just another gratuitous reference to us and opportunity to use a few of your favourite key words.

I agree with you, Uniteds problems dont have anything to do with Man City or lack of funds. More about the quality of Uniteds management (at all levels) and commitment to success.

Nah.
Arsenal slashed their wage bill and got rid of over paid underperforming players. Arbitrarily having a high wage budget doesn't mean much.

And finished 2nd to a club with a higher wage bill.

Arbitrarily paying a higher wage bill doesn't mean much, United is the perfect example of that. But as a general rule the clubs that pay more, win more and have more sustained success.

United don't want to slash the wage bill, they want to get better value for the wages they pay. And if they do, they'll get back on top.

Ah so you think city only won the league because they pay the most money got ya.
