I didn’t really follow him that closely, but is this Bielsa v2.0? I recall he liked the high pressing and stubbornly stuck with the goals goals mentality that worked great with a good team in the Championship, but was an open door in the Premier League.

Not equating their coaching quality, just the situation.

The other similarity is the injuries. The style puts a lot of stress on players. Leeds struggled with injuries under Bielsa. Initially, Celtic under Ange had quite a few players straining hamstrings. He managed to boost the squad so he could rotate players and they also started dominating the play more which gave the defenders an easier time.
