In Summary, there is only one question to be asked regarding Pat Christofi & his time at EK - Has he left the place in a better position then when he arrived - Financially, Operationally with Juniors & Seniors, and the general culture trying to create a destination club - The answer is pretty clear & simple NO ! Keeping in mind that the only reason they are in Premier division was that they were on top of the ladder after 14 rounds during the covid years. The fact that he had over 150+ clearances out of the club during his time there between Juniors & Seniors not including coaches & good support people around the club, is a true indication of the persons character and the culture that he developed.

This is his Legacy & how he will be remembered by the EK faithful. This is the last post that I will ever mention him. Well, until the WRNL & EDFL Merge and if he is still involved.
He tried to make East Keilor another Deer Park before Deer Park joined the EDFL and he failed.

I did read an article that said Marby had the most current players on AFL Lists out of all EDFL Clubs. Had 2 drafted in the last 2 years, and both played many more than 11 games for Marby

Luke Ryan
Joel Smith
Brodie Mihocek
Rory Atkins
Touk Miller
Jordan Croft
Brandon Ryan
Harry O’Farrell

There’s also an ex Marby girl running round in the AFLW.

Would have to be a record for ex players playing in the AFL at the same time from any local club nation wide. By a long way.

Sandhurst Football Club has produced more VFL/AFL players than Marby will ever produce. Harry O'Farrell how many games for Marby? At one stage Sandhurst had the 3 selwoods, Del Santo & a few others all playing afl at the same time.

O’Farrell played multiple seasons. Close to 40 games i’d say.

Who are the others that played at the same time as the Selwoods and Dal Santo?

Just had a quick look. No one else played at the same time as the Selwoods and Dal Santo.

Was close, only 4 players off.

Luke Ryan also played at the fog (MV) as well. Brandon Ryan is a Barwon Heads junior, Marby was his home club before he joined Northern Bullants tho after he played at Geelong West Giants.
