Murrumbeena smashed Ormond in all levels in the praccy yesterday. The seniors lost by 10 goals. There was a bit of angst down at E E Gunn last night, I had to get around a few blokes and give them a hug, but I am tipping that Ormond won't play a team as Beena for the rest of the season.

That is the standard of VAFA Div 1 footy.

I think you will find there was a number of Ormond people filing in and out of the club rooms associated with all level of Ormond teams and all of them had a lot to say about the perspective praccy game. I gave them the "chin up" reception and thinks were sweet. Cheers Bedders but you are wrong. The Ormond under 19s team have 26 or 27 players. Not quite enough for two teams but in some ways too many for one team. It will be an interesting year.

I’m certain you make stuff up , Ormond had no ruckman and looked to rest a few at halftime and the whole midfield was rested . Murrumbeena did a a guess kicked a few goals from ordinary frees . Whoever was in charge had Ormond also wearing white shorts , so hard to tell who was who looking across the ground . Don’t worry the Monders will be good going forward .

Its a good idea, I know you agree and it would be a huge money spinner for all involved. You could get the Old Boys involved. Heck, you could get the juniors from each team except Glen Eira playing at half time just so you got the families, and the moms and dads involved.

We will see how the Murrumbeena v Ormond praccy game goes this week. But I know the Ormond committee are very keen to play games against local teams.

The game I am really looking forward to this week is Ormond v Glen Eira in the 3rds, 9am on Saturday at E E Gunn. Whatever you do Bedders, make sure you get down there. It will be an absolute rip snorter between two teams that absolutely hate each other and stand for exact opposites.
How did that game go. Was there animosity between GE and Ormond. Who won?

He wouldn't be old mate , the game was on the kids ground and i believe the combine one and never heard of any animosity.
Maybe you need to go down to the local where members of both clubs socialise and they has ever only been 1 minor incident and that was on a Mad Monday after both clubs won a flag with one combine coach making a #### of himself and being removed by combine leaders

The mention of animosity was made by your club spokesperson nepotism no me. I just asked for clarity of his assertions. I don't go to the mckinnon to hold up the walls because I don't drink.

Yes, my friend Gun Island, and the same positive energy for you. What i love is we have a community that comes together to talk local footy. There is nowhere else quite like it. While the AFL is a broad multi levelled industry, Australian Rules itself is played in every nook and cranny and used to be the life blood of local communities throughout this great city. We are blessed and should be eternally grateful that we have a place to come and talk about our joint obsession which is local footy and our own communities. May it long proser and shoe the diversity and common themes that we are share.

Donvale won in a canter in their final praccy vs Oakleigh. Could be a long season for the Krushers if Luke Ashen doesn't carry them on his back.

The standard Ormond walks past is the one Ormond accepts

Surely the time has come for the Geography Teacher to get his ruler out and sort Nepo out.
I am remote from happenings within the club. Bedford is your go-to.

So far as stopping the troll, all the club can do is ask the person to stop, assuming they know who it is and assuming the poster has or has ever had any connection to the club. That's pretty much all the leverage the club has as the snowflake is within its rights to shitpost here so long as the powers that be tolerate it.

I was told Bedders had retired, that what I was told on the boundary Saturday .

The fish rots at the head. Maybe the Geopgraphy teacher will use the upcoming school holidays to shut Nepo down. Or is he happy for his club to be viewed as divisional rabble? For all I know, the Geography teacher encourages this.

Nepotism! More like pull your bloody socksupism!

Anywho speaking of tism, I reckon this tahjywoo bloke makes some interesting points. Wouldn’t mind a weekly segment from him, perhaps something like “What is that” or “what was that”. You know how Gordon Ramsay says it?
