Part of me thinks that the backup ruck for Melbourne will be Van Rooyen, a forward. If this is the case, then it seems to make sense that if Draper is running with him all day, he can follow him into the ruck as the backup ruck; or play on him in whilst in defence, with Cox and Pearce chipping him when/if required.

Use Voss' spot to bring in Dudley into the 22 and / or Erasmus into the 23.

They have a VFL ruck\fwd who kicked 5 on the weekend.

He would have to be a good chance to play on the weekend.

Yeah, I've stamped some papers for my make believe teams.
No way Worner is out. I thought that was his best game for the club.

The way Moose flushed that badboy on Sunday let's get the big man out of the goal square and bring omac in. 😂
I know it’s tongue in cheek but do we remember what happened last time Moose played forward v Melbourne at the MCG?

Geez Kozzie & May were not moving well at training last night, there’s no way if they were Freo players they would play on the weekend. Melbourne are in a very different & desperate situation though.

I’m pretty sure Wags is considered best 23 and will be straight in for Voss with some reshuffling if passed fit.

Cox and Draper could both play forward and chop out in the ruck, so think one will go forward or they’ll rotate with each other.

Reidy should only play if he’s the sole ruck.

Can you trust his calf muscle?

I would want to give him one week in the WAFL. I don't want him getting some more calf awareness early in games, and needing to be subbed out.

Moose playing forward against Melbourne at the MCG previously was a bit of a disaster. Useless as a forward and I seem to recall he got injured as well?

With that plantar injury to his heel May will be battling to play to a reasonable standard. Mind you he seems to be as thick as a post so perhaps he won't feel any pain.

Pearce looked like Bambi on roller skates that game.

Reidy playing 10 minutes a quarter halving ruck contests against a second ruck who runs all over him while we play a man down in the forwardline in the minutes he doesn't ruck is absolutely a selection move that can cost a game. I have never been so against a potential selection in my life and I will forever relegate JL to having no ****ng clue if he does it.
Yep. Darcy and Reidy should never play together. Reidy is the break glass in case of emergency to replace an injured Darcy. Having one of the aforementioned players give the odd chop out while Sean is up forward or having a spell is not the end of the world.

Rumour has it Kossie is secretly conflicted about playing against his future club, as his heart grows more purple by the minute. Bowing out, too much emotion for him to take. You heard it here first, from an ITK (Idiot Taco Killer) :winkv1::ninjav1:
Rumour has it, he's going to "accidentally" turn the ball over to our players at numerous moments during the match ;)

I strongly agree with this. I think Frederick can play "taller" and bring in Dudley. I've said for a while I think we can play Frederick like Geelong used to play Gary Rohan, here's a chance to try it.
Walters always fills his boots against Melbourne, Dudley has the potential to do the same.
A tall defender to be second ruck. It just seems more dangerous than bringing in Reidy
Ball on the ground a lot with wet weather, perfect conditions for the Wombat !
