We will start this match exactly the same way we finished against Hawthorn.

Spot on, we always roll on from the last week.

Hate this season, theres really not much reason to hope we lose, we have no picks, and Hinkley is gone anyway, so we can really only ride the wave. Had we lost this week maybe it could've been an early exit, but even then the year is a write off regardless and so we dont really gain from it.

So back to hoping these kids continue to take some steps in the right direction. Moving Rozee out of the middle was long overdue, the mid balance felt better. Will be interesting to see how that evolves. The midfield needs to stand up again, and our team defence will need to stop that Sydney slingshot attack again. Play like we did in the first half and we win, but who knows if we will get that Power side.

Another side note I want to make, I looked at training times at Alberton this week. It's all 7am to 12pm.

If we play Sydney at 3pm, shouldn't we be training like 1pm to 6pm? Surely that gets the boys in a rhythm during the week on what time of the day to perform?
probably doesn't fit into the players' work/life balance requirements and the AFLPA-mandated limit of 16 contact hours per week at the club.

All we currently know is he has taken a day off from the club. Let's hope it doesn't mean he misses this weekend as it is a very important match for us, saying he is out is pure speculation.

Berry out for DBJ. I want to see what Cochrane can do after 3-4 few games. Moraes hasn't been terrible but maybe he can shift to sub?

Random question, how do interstate members redeem their tickets?

I normally get an email with instructions, but I don’t think I have one yet,

Sydney have got a few good players out at the moment… Amartey, Gulden, Papley, Cunningham, Adams, and Mills.

They have a couple of extra days off (playing Friday)

Will be interesting who turns up for us…

does drew go to warner or heeney? id prefer warner

heeney killed us up forward in the prelim, bergman hopefully goes to him when he is resting forward.

We have also been missing Melican, McDonald, McInerney and Fox which makes 10 of last year's best 23, so we are limping into this one. After watching what you did to Hawthorn I just hope we can put up a fight.

We can only beat good sides, when there is an emotional motivation, 'do it for daddy' attitude.

Expect the result the be similar to the prelim last year, as we cant play good sides away.
