Every time I watch Hawthorn this "Wizard" only seems to kick behinds.

Yep lots and lots of behinds also lots of no scores as well. If he improves by even 50% you have potentially the best small fwd in the comp. He's 1st year player and the only thing he does wrong is finish his work. Work rate and effort can never be faulted, fwd craft is also a tick with the amount of opportunities he creates for himself.
