That was a cracking ball. Shame Konstas didn't get a chance to get his eye in. Keen to see him back himself in Sydney. Will be interesting to see if Konstas has the game yet for Test cricket or needs some more time to cook at Shield level, but either way he's an exciting prospect.

Konstas will get out to worse balls than that over his career. Great nut.
Kontas said he only started playing them as he couldn't score of Bumrah, actually thought he come into the game as a strategy.

Sometimes the new ball gets you (or a brilliant bowler like Bumrah), as an opener... the only way Konstas survives that delivery is if he plays the off-stump line deliberately and not the line of the ball... cracking off-cutter to go from just outside off-stump line to the top of middle stump.
Bumrah sits it on the spot & moves it an inch either way.
