It won't be the worst think in the world to lose him in 2028.

Draper will be more than ready to fill his shoes, plus Davies looks good.

I don't think it changes any thing regarding captaincy. He is 100% committed to us, in the short term.

If it’s close between choice of captain, you should be choosing the younger player who will be here longer than the older one who everyone knows will leave to Tassie the first chance he gets.

I don’t think anyone will begrudge him when he leaves, but you don’t really want your captain being someone who you know has one foot out the door.

I think Josh Treacy would make a solid captain, in all aspects of that description.

I like Serong for the team celebrating he does on the field, he gets to his team mates for a high five or consolation more than anyone else.

I like Brayshaw because his work rate is out in front of everyone else on the field.

I like Pearce because he is the best tall in our side.

Tasmanian man signs contract that coincidentally ends at the time the Tasmanian team enters the league whilst said Tasmanian man has openly said he would definitely consider playing for Tasmania.

You don’t think this contract length (considering he’s our captain and all) is a little suspicious.

BTW I was not implying that AP will not be committed during these 3 years at FFC.

Lol the Tassie team hasn't even got a ground to play at yet. Have they even broken ground to start building it yet? Not sure there will be a tassie team in 2028.
