We've had some ok late career ones. Modra, Farmer, Bell. Even with JOM, for me the question is more about timing than about him: he's borderline and I think we should be preferencing development opportunities.Not sure how I feel about this.
Historically, we have not done well bringing in 29 or 30 year olds into the club.
Especially players having a bad year. Not sure he is the type of player, to play well into his 30's.
We've shot ourselves in the foot (yeah, often the foot) when we've thought we can take an injury prone one and expected we could magic it out of him.
